Interim guidance on the terms governing use of the Poptin API. Poptin's Terms of Service apply until API-specific terms are published.
Your use of the Poptin API is governed by Poptin's Terms of Service. Those terms apply to every request you make against https://api.popt.in/v1 using an API key issued from your Poptin account. The in-app API key generation flow already references the same Terms of Service at the point of creation.
Current status
This page is interim guidance. API-specific terms and conditions are being prepared by Poptin's Legal team and will be published here once finalized.
Until then:
- The company Terms of Service linked above are the binding document for API use.
- Nothing on this page should be treated as a separate contract, warranty, or SLA.
- If API-specific terms are published later, they will supersede this page.
