Import a spreadsheet of contacts asynchronously - use this for large migrations or scheduled list loads.
Upload a CSV file (multipart). Returns 202 Accepted with a bulk_job object. Poll Show bulk job status until status is done or failed.
Allowed CSV headers:

TAGS,PREFERENCES - Optional custom fields: any existing mail list field tag as its own column header
Header names must match the allowed values exactly.
