Ask Poptin to recompute popup/form aggregate stats when the cached overview looks stale.

Typical integration flow

1. Call Refresh poptin stats.
2. On 202 or 200, read refresh.refresh_status and optional refresh.last_updated_at.
3. Poll a GET poptin endpoint on an interval until refresh_status is idle.
4. Prefer comparing last_updated_at before/after if you need confirmation that aggregates advanced.

Rate limit: About once per 10 minutes per account after a successful enqueue. Calling again while a batch is still refreshing returns 200 (idempotent) and does not reset the rate-limit window. Calling again too soon after a successful enqueue returns 429 with Retry-After.
